Therapy for OCD and Anxiety

Why I started helping people
with OCD and anxiety

My journey as an OCD and Anxiety Therapist began from a deeply personal place. When I struggled with OCD and anxiety, finding effective help was challenging. The treatments I encountered often felt harsh, terrifying, and disempowering, leaving me searching for a gentler, more compassionate path to healing.

After working with multiple OCD therapists without success, I found solace in trauma therapy. Applying gentle trauma-informed techniques to my OCD and anxiety, I finally began to heal and reclaim my life. This experience led me to realize that the fields of trauma therapy and neuroscience offer valuable insights for treating OCD and anxiety.

Combining my background as a therapist and coach, I developed a unique approach that integrates the most effective elements of Havening Techniques, I-CBT, ACT, and IFS, along with new tools and frameworks inspired by my own experiences. Now, having recovered from OCD and anxiety, it is my greatest joy to help others find relief and rediscover the fullness of life.

She is a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, a somatic and neuroscience based approach to navigating trauma, anxiety and stressful life experiences. She’s adapted the Havening Techniques®  approach for OCD. She is also trained in I-CBT (Inference-based CBT for OCD), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for OCD, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) and IFS for OCD.
